Our payment provider only allows us to capture funds within seven days of you placing your order – otherwise we have to cancel your order, re-enter it and contact you for your credit card information again. We’d prefer to charge you at time of shipment, but we do so when you place your order to prevent future inconvenience.
If you are a US customer please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. All international orders will take 2-6 weeks to arrive. This wait might be a little longer than you are used to but please remember that you are purchasing something that is being created just for you, from a small independent business.
Please understand that we will try our best to ship out your order as fast as we possibly can.
All items are trackable via your national shipping courier (USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, etc).
Also, please note that items on our store come from a range of different suppliers so, if you ordered more than one item, they will likely arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another.
We only allow refunds for broken and faulty products in the form of store credit. We do not issue refunds to original payment method. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions. Store Credit never expires. We get new products every month and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your faulty product Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping. Thank you for your patience!
